Who We Are
Cartby Digital LTD was founded by Harry and Ben — and if you want to know why we started this, it really comes down to a simple belief: that small businesses deserve the same quality of IT support as large enterprises, delivered by people who actually care.
We started our careers together on the same busy service desk, supporting critical public services under real pressure. That's where we learned what good support actually looks like — fast, clear, and human. No fobbing people off, no hiding behind a ticket number.
From there, we both pushed ourselves further — developing into senior and third-line technical roles. We've spent years getting under the bonnet of software deployment, desktop engineering, and infrastructure. We don't just fix what's broken, we understand why it broke in the first place.
